She’s the doctor that Val goes to when she’s seriously injured, she also the one that helped her with her transition, however her methods aren’t entirely ethical and are very experimental, she gets bored of testing things over and over so most of the time when an outcome comes close enough to what she wants she it to do she goes “👍 good enough” and moves on.

Bc she kinda a quack job no one wants to go to her for medical help and so she often has to experiment on herself, which is how her arm got all fucked up and her eye got infected.

Her less than stellar medical practices are the reason Val’s eyes are red.
